The name on your order must match a valid photo ID that is required to be checked on pickup / delivery. If the order is pre-paid the credit card used will also be verified for name and credit card number. Any discounts requiring ID (student discount, senior or veteran) will require ID to be present at time of pick up.

Refund Policy

Please review our return and refund policy as it may differ based on the shop and province in which you have purchased from.

Return Policy

Returns of unused cannabis, accessories and other merchandise will be accepted within 14 days of purchase in the province of purchase with a valid receipt and all original packaging. Refunds will be issued only in the original form of payment.

If you have received a product that you believe is not of expected quality, please return to the original location of purchase or fill out the contact us form on our FAQ page with your order number and name. Our support team will assist you in resolving the issue.
